Who We Are
Let's C offers a wide variety of services all with the foundation of connection as a key source of understanding and healing. We have been blessed with many special people in our lives showing us the incredible power of connection in the big and the small.
Our knowledge comes not only through our education and professional experience, but through personal life experiences and those of our family and close friends that have been touched with trying times. Cancer, grief, chronic illness, infertility, addiction, relationship struggles, anxiety, and just plain uncertainty in life are all experiences that have lead us to greater empathy, strength, grit, wisdom, perspective, courage and self growth.
Our knowledge and passion to help others comes from a deep understanding and we are here to join you on your path.

“By education, training and experience I am a therapist. Through my work with students in the school settings I had the privilege to take a child to the playground as we talked and worked out problems. I would take a student on a walk and observe how much more they shared as we made our way around campus side by side instead of face to face in a small room. Pairing playing catch or shooting hoops with answering questions and sharing feelings was always a success!
Through Let’s C my goal is to hold onto creative ways to connect and create an experience with people of all ages that feels comfortable, open and connective in a way that’s right for them.
My recent coaching session started with picking up a coffee and then a walk along the beach. Adults share more when walking too! Filling your senses with fresh ocean air and a boost of “feel good” hormones from moving your body are bonus benefits!
Moving from a therapist role to a Life Coach was driven by three main desires. The desire to be flexible in the nature of my practice and connections. The desire to decrease any resistance the word “therapist” might bring and be able to support more people. The desire to focus on teaching and building real life skills that are tangible, necessary and productive in every day interactions.
Working with human beings is a powerful connective experience. Each and every one of us brings forth a unique journey and I would love to join you on yours!”
